Good value for money but be mindful to request a room with less accessibility traffic

Lovely property with amenities in close proximity. Rooms are good value for money

Unfortunately my room was situated at the end of the corridor by the staircase. Loud guests and noise suitcases were rather disruptive

Wonderful

It was such a beautiful stay, so serene. Our room had a garden view and was just perfectly situated. Loved that it was so clean and the bath was a spacious area.

The staff service could be a bit better, (more attentive & friendly) at the hotel restaurant. Housekeeping also didn't leave the allocated towels and water as required in our room, however it was rectified after calling them.

Comfort and affordability

Breakfast was very good with the lady playing some music for us. The staff was generally friendly. Bedding was always very clean. Sitting outside watching the rugby match was great.

Everything was alright except the bathroom which needed a bit of plumbing to be sorted out. We were moved to another room

Loved the little details like the elephant on the bed, the check in was easy and the parking was near. The estate is calm and relaxing, the facilities are good. Bathroom was amazing.

I booked for an Anniversary, was asked to upgrade which i did but was given two double beds instead of a King or Queen bed. The champagne wasn't left in ice and the restaurant we had dinner at was extremely bad - the service was non-existent. Upon Check-out i was double billed for a pre-paid picnic and had to wait for quite some time while restaurant staff conversed in a language foreign to me. I felt as if they are accusing me of not paying for services.

Just a lovely week end!

Beautiful gardens and location, everything about the venue is amazing

Our first room was lovely but the aircon and fridge smelt terribly. They were kind enough to move us albeit to a much smaller room.

I loved the Trees I loved the Bird Life I loved the Peacefulness I experienced I loved the great Breakfast I always enjoy with Indaba

Unfortunately there was a Fan of an Aircon in one of the rooms in Block 5 that was making a whining noise right through the night.

Value, tidy, kind and attentive service. Laundry service per kilogram is very practical and just okay.

Housekeeping : bath towel was not provided on two days - one with no towel, one with the used wet towel was left. The former I managed by hand towel, the latter the wet one was eventually dried up when I used.

Lovely stay with spa experience

Grace at reception was excellent. She upgraded our rooms to more modern rooms without hesitation. Our stay was great and the Mowana Spa the next morning is greatly recommended. Breakfast at the spa and treatments were excellent. The wine and chocolate pairing at the Taste Room also met our expectations. Supper at the Kings Boma was not great. Maybe because it was during the week and a bit later in the evening. The waitress was amazing, but the variety was not what we expected and experienced at the same restaurant on previous visits.

A comfortable stay

I like the aesthetics in the reception and the African decor. I like that there's a variety of restaurants aswell. The rooms were clean

I did not like the fact that there is a carpet in the room and the room could use a bit of an upgrade. Especially the TV.

Variety of TV channels or screen share option would be great. Refreshments were left in the fridge without communication and the fridge door can't open without lifting the entire fridge. Room service menu is very limited.
